A bit about us
We exist to guide folks into their own groove
In this space, play is encouraged, connection comes first, and big feelings have room to breathe.
Supporting our communities
We focus on decolonizing therapy to make it an accessible point of connection for everyone.
Helping intern clinicians find their footing
We help new counselors figure out what energizes them, what drains them, and how to sustain their work without burning out.
Decolonization
We’ve all been asked to shrink our humanity. Here, we expand it.
Collaboration
No one thrives alone. We dream, build, and create together.
Connection
Liberation is a shared effort. None of us are free until we all are.
Love
Love is our glue. We show up, see each other’s humanity, and stick through it all.
Repair
Trust comes with the courage to stumble, struggle, and return to your full self.
Say hi to Sawyer Salameh, LPC
(They/Them)
Licensed Professional Counselor
Clinical Supervisor
I’m so excited to be in a space where I can support clinicians as they grow and explore. Decolonizing therapy, supervision and ourselves is my number one goal. It starts with the journey to becoming a therapist allowing it to be way more expansive and personal than I ever imagined. I feel incredibly lucky to still be on this path myself—constantly learning and discovering new things along the way.
When I began, I had no idea how much personal growth would be part of the process. Now, I get to walk alongside other clinicians as they step into themselves and deepen their understanding. I know what a big undertaking this is, and my hope is to create a space where growth can happen through curiosity and care.
The more we understand ourselves, the more capacity we have to connect and expand with our clients. I believe that true learning happens when we’re open to making mistakes and willing to grow from them. Colonization asks us to sever from ourselves and others, therapy can be the place that we learn to stay connected and create that foundation with ourselves and other that acknowledges the connection we all have with each other if we want it or not.
In our work together, I’ll invite you to connect with your body as a tool for deeper insight—into yourself and your relationships with your clients. We’ll explore your clients’ relationships with their bodies, what comes up in your own body during sessions, and how to hold the full complexity of what we create and carry in this work.
